Our values are our blueprint for how we view the world and see ourselves in it. In this exercise learn what yours are.
Our values are our blueprint for how we view the world and see ourselves in it. They impact how we judge situations and people, and impact our decisions and our sense of self. They can also be the cause of our conflicts if someone goes against or doesn’t meet our values or if we are not able to meet them ourselves.
We can also have conflicted values that make it impossible for us and others to meet all of our values and therefore cause us pain. In order to be happy and fulfilled, we have to know what our values are and how to meet them for ourselves. Knowing your values and those of the people around allows you to create better stronger relationships and also learn where to put boundaries in place.
In this exercise, I will take you through how to find your values, their priority and also how you meet them in a healthy way that gets the best out of you and allows you to show up for yourself and your children as a role model to be proud of. Afterall we are product of our environment and you living your values will show them how it is done so they can live their own and thrive in life.
Our values control how we interrupt the world around us they impact our decisions and our relationship with our self and others. Use this exercise to see what yours are.
