Our beliefs determine our thoughts, habits, behaviour and outcome. They can create fears and leave us feeling disempowered and stuck. Often these aren't even our own but in fact what we have inherited from our parents and caregivers as children. We can carry these around for all our adult lives looking for evidence that they are true.
The truth is they are just stories you are telling yourself and you can choose other beliefs that serve you better. That allow you to move one and build healthy new partners, your ex and set a good example top your children.
So in order to release yourself from limiting beliefs you first have to identify them, where they come from and replace them with belief that is empowering. In this exercise I take you through that process. The key is to take your time and dig deep, this stuff isn't easy but it is necessary for you to move on and create the life you want. This is the first step.
